For 25 year we've lovingly crafted authentic Italian Gelato every day in Italy. We came to the Land of Ice and Fire with Our first parlour downtown 101 Reykjavik. Our Gelato is made freshly with the finest Icelandic ingredients, from milk to cream and skyr, to the most iconic Italian delicacies, like Pistacchio di Sicilia and Nocciola from Piemonte . Everything is blended with our experience to let you have the best Gelato experience ever!

Artisanal Italian gelato
Gelato is the Italian word for ice cream, you would think so, but there are actually many differences between them!
Artisanal Gelato is made freshly without any preservatives or artificial colors. Ice cream packs more cream, which translates to a higher fat content. Ice cream is more milky and fluffy and tends to be also richer in terms of sugar. Gelato is much silkier in texture, creamier and a bit denser than ice cream. That's down to how it's made, Gelato is churned at a slower speed than ice cream, so it has less air in the mixture than ice cream. Traditionally the ice cream is served with a scoop while the real gelato is served with a spade, a flatter spoon that looks like a spatula.
Gelato is more natural, and you can easily taste its flavor and its intensity.
